Training Plans

Choose from our range of pre made 12-16 week comprehensive training plans designed by us from our personal and coaching experience to get you in the best possible shape for your goal!

FAQ & Info

Please note:

.You will be given access to the training plan via training peaks on the day you purchase your plan. The plan will be setup by default to start on the following Monday. (For example if you brought your plan on Thursday, the first session would be set from the next Monday)

.After 18 weeks, we will remove your access to the training plan. If for whatever reason you need the plan for longer, please email us. 

. Under NO circumstances will we offer refunds. We can however offer an exchange for a different level plan if you feel you have brought the wrong one for yourself. 


. Which plan should I chose?

- We have written the minimum level required for each plan in the plans description but if you're still not sure give us an email with a brief over view of your training history/level and we will advise which plan is best for you. 

.What if I don't understand something?

- There is a pdf document with lots of info including a jargon sheet with definitions of terms. If there is still something you don't understand you can email us and one of our coaches will get back to you asap.
