Avg hours per week: 8.5

Sessions per week: 5-8


Level swim: Can comfortably swim 800m non stop or 2000m in an hour.

Level bike: Can comfortably ride 2.5hrs at once. 

Level run: Can comfortably run for 1hr at once.
