OUR MISSION
We are two elite triathletes and best friends with 15 yrs triathlon experience & 30 international pro starts between us.
We know first hand what it takes to succeed mentally and physically and together our background allows for a more pragmatic and effective approach to training. We are fed up of seeing overpaid coaches with little triathlon experience themselves feed athletes with industry fads and nonsense. We aim to make triathlon more accessible with lower prices while still providing a premium service for all.
Our biggest accolade is our own experience, both having started triathlon as complete novices we coached and managed ourselves to professional level. This gives us both a great holistic view on coaching, incorporating not only strength training, nutrition, technique development and how to maximise recovery but also how to become a better person and find a healthy life balance.
What we are here to do is produce training plans for you that breakdown each element of your triathlon training that are specific to you and your physical, mental and social needs. Unlike other coaches we are recent pros. Therefore we have up to date knowledge of what methods & techniques are currently being used by some of the best athletes in the world.
A factor which we both strongly believe in is that a coach should not just be someone who sets you training. Regardless of your age, ability or goals we are available 24/7 for support and advice as triathlon can be more of a mental challenge than physical at times.
I needed two things from my training regime to take me from Olympic distance to Half Ironman. First was a plan which fitted with my work/life and second was a knowledgeable voice helping , but also keeping me on track with firm guidance and encouragement. The Tri Guys bring all that.
